Showcase Your Craft at Rivertown Days 2026
Thank you for your interest in participating in the 2026 Rivertown Days! We are now
accepting Arts & Crafts Fair vendor applications for July 18–19, 2026 at Jaycee Park.
Please complete the appropriate application below and submit your vendor fee. Your
spot is not confirmed until payment is received.
Vendor Policies & Requirements (Applies to ALL Vendor Categories)
By submitting an application and payment, you agree to the following:
- Approval/Jurying: Applications are subject to approval (not guaranteed). Rivertown Days may jury vendors—including day-of—and may limit the number and/or nature of vendors.
- Hours/Attendance: Booths must be open and staffed during posted event hours on both Saturday and Sunday. Failure to comply will result in ineligibility for future events.
- Booth Assignment: Spaces are assigned after application + payment are received. No guarantees on location, shade, or terrain; returning vendors are not guaranteed the same space.
- Site Conditions: Event is held on grass/lawn; some areas may be uneven.
- RAIN OR SHINE / No Refunds: Event is rain or shine. Be prepared for heat, rain, and wind. No refunds for any reason.
- Liability/Security: No overnight security. Rivertown Days and the Hastings Area Chamber of Commerce are not responsible for theft, damage, or loss of property.
- Communication: Confirmations and booth assignments will be emailed one week prior to the event.
